Mr. Roper said so many times, "You gotta take risks," or, "You gotta take a chance," or another version of that sentence, and Mrs. Roper would always say, "I married you, didn't I?"

I've noticed that Janet's said "Ya big baby!" more than once. Once to Jack in 'Not-So-Great Imposted' after he chases her down when she swipes his cookbook. And she said it to Larry in 'She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not' after he made her switch beds w/ him cuz he was scared of heights. She's probably said it more than that too.

Janet always said, "Honestly" and shook her head when she was disgusted with something.
Jack called her Janette on more than one occasion. "Can I see you in the kitchen for a minute?" was used by several of the characters more than once.
