Busy With Business

Busy With Business, about a workaholic executive who works at and owns the most successful advertizing and marketing agency in Chicago. Penny Marshall plays Suzanne Winters, the workaholic who is not looking forward to retiring antime soon. Suzanne lives with her 20-something daughter, Katie Winters (Traylor Howard) in Katie's new house in Chicago. Suzanne's co-worker and best friend, Marla Hineson (Judith Light) often drops by to help Katie with trying to get Suzanne to do other things beside workign 24/7. Marla's 20-something daughter (out of wedlock), Hailey Hineson (Elisa Donavon) is Katie's best friend since they went to college together.

In the pilot episode, a recently evicted Hailey has nowhere to go until Katie offers to take her in. Suzanne moves in with Marla in her house 10 minutes away from Katie (and Hailey).
