We meet the family at there house in springfield, IL. There at the breakfast table. Danny is scared about his first day of school and first day with out his protection, Tim Morane. Kim however is very excited for her first day of 5th grade. mike wants to spend time with his dad before he starts preschool in two weeks.

Rebecca drops mike off at the Morane's house and is on her way to the diner for opening day. she meets her sister in law Laurie and good friend Nancy to meeet the new boss. the new boss is Chuck Hathaway who has very strict rules.

Hank ask's the new guy(brandon wilson) to take his work load for the rest of the day.he goes and picks up mike early to hang out with him.

Every one is over for dinner. the work guys drink a whole 30 pack in the garage, chuck insults rebecca, laurie, and nancy, the morane's change around furniture, and his parents start a fight over sex. finally hank tells them all this is my house now get out. Hank then cleans up and says he over reacted saying there all friends and family.
