The episode "Theo's Future" is INCOMPLETE - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

This is the episode when Theo goes to San Francisco for a Job Interview and we never hea anything else about the interview. Theo was on his way to San Fran at the End of Theo's Future and in the next episode there is never any mention of why he didn't take the job.

Actually, Theo does address the job offer from the company he interviewed with, though not in the very next episode. In episode 19 of season 8, "Cliff and Theo Come Clean", Theo explains to Cliff that since the interview, the Tartan company has been pressuring him for a response to the job offer. Theo tells Cliff that he turned down the offer and will instead go to grad school and continue volunteering at the community center.
