Does anyone know if its true that Gary Coleman collects toy trains? i read at a fan site and curious if anyone knows if that is true or not. Wonder if Gary would exchange a toy train for an autograph???

I think it's Model trains he collects other than Toy Trains. That's a good idea to try and swap for an autograph.

That would be a good idea. I'm sure you wouldn't get an autograph if you just requested one, but if you trade it for a train. It just may work...

Indeed it's true. In fact, two of the largest model train makers had their trains on Arnold's shelf in almost every episode. The Lionel trains were later replaced by LGB (larger) models towards the Sam/Maggie episodes. I don't know how diificult it is to get Gary's autograph, but some of those trains that he collects run around $1,000.
