I've never seen Webster but it would be very hard to beat Diff'rent Strokes considering its one of my favorite shows. I'll go with Diff'rent Strokes.

Different Strokes was cool...I liked the two part episode where some one got kidnapped or something, I cant really remember it....but It was a good episode....

from the very first episode Webster was a cheap rip-off off Diff'rent Strokes, relying way too heavily on "cuteness" and crappy writing

...oh, that's a vote for DS
