Which episode was it?

Hi...I want to get the tape of the episode that contained what struck me, for whatever reason, as one of the most hilarious bits I've ever seen on tv. It was just a joke done is passing, so I can't figure out from any episode synopsis which one it was.

Anyone here know which episode contained this gag that has me laughing again even as I write this now:

Howard comes over and asks to borrow some cereal for breakfast...then, oh, by the way, can he also borrow some milk...he turns to leave and then ask, sheepishly, if he could borrow a bowl also (his dishwasher is broken, or whatever)...Bob, finally fed up, asks sarcastically "do you want to borrow a spoon,too?" Howard, turns up his nose and scoofs at that, "ah, don't be ridiculous, of course I don't need to borrow a spoon"...a few moments pause, and then Howard leans over and whispers something in to Emily's ear...she rolls her eyes, and goes into the kitchen to get a spoon, and hands it to Howard!

Haha, oh, that scene just kills me. Can anyone tell me which episode it was from, please?
