Personally I think it is very stupid. When people commit suicide their intention is dying. So giving them the death penalty is giving them what they wanted, and that is a stupid punishment. A better punishment for that is making them stay alive.

Well, I know attempting suicide is illegal, but wtf O_O. Dude, if someone is suicidal you send them to a mental hospital or a therapist and try to get down to the problem.

Yeah its illegal, I think they actually charge you with a crime. But to give some the death penalty for trying to kill them self is really ridculous. The person attempting suicide obviously needs help not more problems to add to it.

I agree with you, I have always felt that if this person wants to die it is there choice, and not society's to stop them and then charge them with a crime against themselves.
