Wink Dumbest disguises ever!!!
Some dumb criminals today! A man robs a convienience(spelling?) store and puts two bandages over his eyebrows and one bandage over his nose as a disguise!

Another guy was supposed to mug this man in a subway station and he was wearing a jacket. He put on his hood as a disguise! His face was visual, but his hair was covered! Dumb amateur!!!
