Talking About Mr. Furley

I have a question about him. On a Three's Company website, it said that Jack still had to pretend to be gay when the Ropers moved out and Furley moved in. It said, "even though Mr. Furley was a macho man, his brother wouldn't allow such mischief going on in his building." But on the shows, Jack had a bunch of girls in his building and Furley didn't say anything. I think there was an episode when Furley set Jack up with his niece. Can anyone give me some answers cause I'm confused.

Yep. But Mr.Roper did not know Jack would try anything with her so thats why he set them up.
Jack was only supposed to show her around.

What I'd like to know is at what point did Mr. Furley find out that Jack was straight prior to marrying Vicki.

I think it was the very last episode. He said something like "Your the reason I've switched...I owe it all to you". It was funny.

Yeah, I know Roper set Jack up with his niece, Karen. But there was an episode around season 7 when Furley's niece named Veronica was visiting and Jack was dating her. I found it strange, but Jack had lots of dates and Furley didn't say anything.

But, when Furley's neice Veronica was visiting, wasn't Jack posing as his fake brother, Austin?

Yes he was posing as his fake twin brother, so this doesn't count.

Helen did know he wasn't gay. She found out in "And Mother Makes Four".

Ironically enough I just saw a scene while Janet and Jack are in the Beagle and Helen's playing darts. They are all sitting at a table, when Jack sees a waitress. He tries to get up but Janet says "Down Boy"
Helen then says I knew it you aren't gay are you?Jack tells her yes and.....well the rest is TC history!
