Default Mary-Kate & Ashley at the MTV Music Awards

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen haven't even started school in New York yet, but they're already planning a trip – to Miami, where they'll be presenters at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards, a source tells PEOPLE.

The show will mark their first public appearance since Mary-Kate's six-week stint in treatment for an eating disorder earlier this summer. Sunday's show will offer the 18-year-old stars a chance to personally thank fans for their support, according to the source. A spokesperson for the Olsens declined to comment.

The pair recently moved from Los Angeles to New York, where they're preparing to begin their freshman year at New York University.

Sunday's VMAs also will include appearances by Jennifer Lopez, Gwyneth Paltrow, Hilary Duff, Lenny Kravitz and Jon Stewart, among others, as well as performances by Usher, OutKast, Christina Aguilera, Hoobastank and Jessica Simpson. Top nominees include Jay-Z, who's up for six awards for his gritty black-and-white video "99 Problems," and his girlfriend, Beyonce, who's up for five trophies alongside No Doubt, OutKast and Usher.

That's awesome! I wish the best for everything...I hope it goes well for Mary-Kate (and Ashley). I will definitely be watching.

I saw Mary-Kate & Ashley at the MTV Music Awards while I was watching the closing ceremony at Athens, Greece where the Olsens are introduced to Jessica Simpson. I like to see that one. I recorded it on my DVR while watching the closing ceremony.

Is there ANY way you can upload it to the net? I didn't get a chance to see it since I was traveling back up here to school.

Actually, they're no longer uploading videos. They were even thinking of taking the whole site offline there for a while, but they decided to keep part of it up.

Here are two pictures of them at the MTV Video Music Awards:

Here are some others (notice the picture of their backs...Mary-Kate seems to be a lot healthier ): http://www.mkanetwork.co.uk/gallery/...lbumName=vma04

Don't they both look so pretty?

Did they say anything about Mary-Kate's condition? Or was that completely avoided?
No, they just didn't have the time or money. They've decided to take some servers down for good though, so there is less content. It cost them well over 300 dollars a MONTH for the site - this will help with costs a little bit.

*****Update: olsen-twins.org does have a video for download. It's 77MB though....I guess Dan and Lee caved in for just this one video I'm glad though. *****

As I look at these pictures again I have finally come to the realization that they no longer look anything alike. And they could both have the same color hair and I would think the same thing. I have always thought they didn't look all that much alike except for when they were little, but now there's no way they could pull off playing Michelle together again. If there would happen to be a Full House reunion I could see them still trading them on and off, but that would just be to please everyone and keep the tradition going.
