Okay, so there were 3 bedrooms in the house?
Well when Fran died, that left 2 empty rooms, her room and her studio. Well when Naomi and Vint move back in, they live in the cellar and Bubba moves into Fran's old room. How come Naomi and Vint could'nt move into Fran's old studio?

This is a question that has been brought up many times before. I don't think anyone really knows the answer; except for inconsistancies between the NBC and Syndicated episodes.

what i dont understand is how the living room managed to get rid of 2 windows in 1 year!

They tried changing rooms with Bubba and that didn't work! I just can't see Vint and Naomi travelling in their "Love Buggy" within Mama's earshot!

But you have a point there. What happened to the other bedroom?

It was too small for the both of them.

Just look at "Naomi and the Stork" for proof...
