Hi:
Does anyone know of any freeware CD-burning program capable of creating VCD's? I have already converted the files to MPEG-1 format, but I don't have a CD-burning program (except for Easy Cd 4 which isn't compatible...). Thanks! |

I use Nero. It isn't freeware, but it comes with a 15-day free trial. After the trial expires, you can trick the software into still working by setting the date back on your computer's clock.
