I watched this episode I was a bit disappointed, mainly because Dana had horrible scripts, and Mary Ann Mobly just sucked rock bottom in this one. ABC really did ruin the series!

It was somewhat poorly written. Though, I did thought she was a little better in the Hitchikers. Really seemed authentic.

I have not seen this episode in a long time. I think since the ABC original run. I remember Kimberly coming downstairs in a bathing suit and Sam saying that someone stole the legs to the suit, then Kim says that she'll report the crime. I also remember her stuffing her mouth with cake. It has alos been a while since I have seen Mary Anne Mobley act on the show.

I'd have to disagree. I thought it was a good episode. Dana should've won an award for the Bulimia episode.

I missed this episode the first time it ran back in '85...Maybe it wasn't the best written DS episode but I appreciate the fact that they had the guts to do a show on bulimia. One of my friends in high school suffered from bulimia in the mid 80's so it was quite a relevent subject for me.
I understand that Dana also suffered from bulimia so it must've been difficult for her to be on this episode....also thought Dana looked very pretty in this ep,,,kinda made me sad thinking about how her life ended. |

Nope, I remember this one distinctly and it was only with Mary Ann Mobely. Have to say tho this is one of my favorites. I've learned more from DS than parents could tell me.

I just watched this episode and I though it was well written, and well acted with the exception of Mary Ann Mobley.
