I just recently finished applying for a job online, and thought this might be a great question to ask. Where I live, most jobs are discontinuing the paper applications, and are now doing them electronically. To me the big disadvantage of filling it out electronically. is that they ask questions on how you feel about your attitude and other people's attitudes. does anyone know what I'm talking about? They never asked those kind of questions on the paper applications. I try to answer those questions honestly, but I worry that my answers may not be to their liking. Thoughts anyone?

Odd. I've never been asked that on an online app. I've been asked stupider things on paper ones.

The online application takes forever to fill out! But in my opinion it makes it easier on the manager and on us as applicants
