Is this show supposed to be set on the southside of Chicago?

I don't know, it of course IS set in Chicago...But I'm not sure which side exactly, my guess is the North Side.

It would probably have to be Northwest Side or Southwest Side.

I'm not thinking it looks like the houses on the south side of the city,such as Beverly ,mt.Greenwood,by sox park or Midway.That's why I think north...northwest.Like around Jefferson Park or others around there were there are bungalows like the one on the show.

Well, I'm not from the chicago area but a few of my roommates are and from what I understand, I believe they are from northern chicago, and plus during the cubs-white sox game, they were cubs fans, and arent a large amount of sox fans from the southside? well, thats my basis on where in chicago they are from ha..
