MAN!!! - why cant the US TVLAND have a schedule like that

3pm Mary Tyler Moore
3:30 Mary Tyler Moore
4pm Family Ties
4:30 Get Smart
5pm Brady Bunch
5:30 Happy Days
6pm King of Kensington
6:30 Forest Rangers
7:00 Check it out
7:30 Forest Rangers
8pm Sanford and Son
8:30 Happy Days
9pm Brady Bunch
9:30 Get Smart

little too much Forest Rangers and King of Kensington for my tastes, but the rest of the sched is amazing - even has M&M and the Beachcombers in the mornings

It's okay, I guess. It was a lot better last year. We also have a direct competitor TV station to TV Land Canada. It's another Classic TV station called DejaView. Here is their old Schedule. And their new Fall Schedule.

Yep! We can have all those bizarre comedies UNCUT. Unlike the laughable versions TV Land USA airs.

How do you know they're uncut? Does the station say so? I remember a long while back that TJ has a copy of Happy Days episode aired in Canada and that "it is definitely not uncut."

He probably has a version from CTS (in Toronto)-which IS edited. But I know The Brady Bunch airs on both TV Land stations (I get both of them on my satellite), and the TV Land Canada version is longer.

I love DejaView; I have a couple of my favorite shows that were taped from this channel...

One channel worth bragging about from the US is the Hallmark Channel. Their M*A*S*H episodes are longer than the episodes aired on Prime TV in Canada.

CTS in Toronto, ON is good for classic TV. But NOW-TV in Vancouver, BC has a better "Retro TV" line-up than CTS, in my opinion.

I am disapointed with the Hallmark Channel, for one thing they are getting rid of a couple of my favorite programs for September's schedule; so I am hoping that McMillan and Wife return in October...

I am envious that the NOW-TV Channel has Family Affair...

The Hallmark Channel did have a lot of great, classic detective shows that I love, but of course, I heard a rumor that they are taking them off...
