New avatar problem - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I want to change my avatar with the pic above. The problem is that it tells me the limit is 150x150 pixels and this image is too big. Anyone knows how to shrink it or can someone shrink it for me??TIA

You can upload it to a site like photobucket and then just use the link for the image

just resize it in paint or microsoft word...
