I was watching this episode recently and wondered why it was titled the way it was. I know Tony makes reference to his dreams about his neighbor, Jeanne, in his session with Dr. Melfi, but they never go further with that or even show one of these dreams. Does anyone know why it was titled this way?

There are some episodes that I just can't figure out the titles. Obviously, the titles are a reference to a particular aspect or line from the show but sometimes the titles are very obvious and othertimes they seem to be more abstract. I think this particular title was just more abstract.
