Default is Late Night with Conan O'Brien inappropriate for kids?

My friend and I saw an episode and his mom said it's inappropriate for kids. What do you think? My friend and I liked it though.

And they pull me behind, as I let off the pedal.
Why should I divide what feels so right?
Is this where I want to lay?

It's rated TV14, so it's not intended for kids under that age.

I love it, but I wouldn't let my kids watch it.

I was watching Conan as early as 1995, so whatever. It didn't offend me then and it still doesn't. I remember my parents hated it when I stayed up late to watch Conan.

One thing that's for sure...Conan has really changed in the last 10 years.

I've only been watching it for little over a year now :/ But not because of my age...just because that's when I discovered it My sister watches it with me and she's 13, too.

should have known you were a fan from that AIM name

...wait, I never looked at your profile previous to that post.

It is really funnyhow he wishes people would refer to the time they spend watching his show as being in "The Cone Zone" and be serious

I don't even remember anymore how I found Conan...I guess I just started watching Jay Leno at the same time and then after his show ended, I watched whatever was on after him...which turned out to be Conan.

So I've been watching them both on and off for the last 9 years.
