I hope the things below doesn't offend anyone

[B]June telling Ward to shut up that she is so sick of hearing " The same thing happened to me when I was about your age"

June and Ward driving up and hearing the Hi Fi blaring and they walk in on Wally & Julie Foster doing the mashed potato (to the real Dee Dee Sharp song) and tearing the house down.

Mrs. Landers telling the class to shut up and goes out in the hall and lights up a cigarette to relax.

Mrs. Rayburn in sunglasses driving up to the school in a new corvette flicking a cigarette.

June spending the day watching soap operas and as soon as she hears Ward & the boys she flicks them off and pretends to dust.

Ward lying on the couch in his drawers eating cheetos and drinking a coke.

Wally gets arrested for skinny dipping with Mary Ellen Rogers.

Beaver slashing the tires on Fred Rutherfords car.

I actually think June should have done the first one. My mom did that when my father said that to me and my brother

Well, you won't see that on LITB, but you can see those same scenarios with other characters on just about any modern sitcom today.

Desilu # 1 I would, but I'm not really good at that sort of thing. I can come up with the idea for the story, but all the details are something else to write. Maybe one of our creative posters could come up with something.

As the one with the teachers smoking. I wonder if indeed they did smoke. My teachers had a smoking lounge. They never smoked in the class but on breaks they sure did.

You guys need to read "The Beaver Papers" It has some really funny stories about the Mayfeild bunch...A must read.....

I know that the actor who played Miss. Landers, (Sue Randall), was a heavy smoker. Oh and by the way, I think I have read,"The Beaver Papers" but I am not sure. I might be thinking of someone else.
