With their long and successful history, I had to pick the Isley Brothers

Van Halen. Eddie and Alex are musical geniuses. The Bee Gees and AC/DC are also really high on my list.

What about Vinnie Paul and Dimebag Darrell from Damageplan/Pantera?

I'm just trying to be obscure on purpose!

What about the Nelson twins? Kidding.
Probably my personal favorite of the ones you listed would be the Allman brothers. On a scale of impact on the music world as a whole over time though, I'd pick The Everly Brothers.

The Righteous Brothers would certainly rate high if they were actually brothers but they weren't. I know that's one of the more confusing mysteries of music history. I'll bet they got tired of explaining that all the time.
