on Disney or ABC Family?

The sucky thing for me is its on to early on BOTH channels I 'm at work when its on during the day and in bed when its on at night If I could however I'd watcch it on abc family

We get Disney Channel free here, it's part of our basic cable

I'm kinda glad about it, no Disney cuts, no more banned episodes, IMO BMW never should have been on Disney to begin with
