It reminds me exactly of FG. I know it's the same creators but a gay alien (instead of a gay baby), a talking goldfish with a crush on the wife, etc.

How many episodes were in the first season of this ?
I ask this since there was a dispute because of a discrepancy in
how official sources report this information.Some say 7 episodes,while another
source suggests the first season comprises 23 episodes.
