Default Why Do People Hate Quintuplets?!!!

Why do people hate this show?!!! I mean, come on! It's way better than "Method And Red", no doubt. Out of every message board I've been to, a few people have been saying that "Quintuplets" sucked, it wasn't good, and/or it was okay. Personally, I think this is one of the best television shows on FOX and it's my favorite show of all time. Whoever hates this show, needs this done to them - LOL!

Well, I think you should give "Quintuplets" a shot. If you're a fan of "Married With Children", "Roseanne", and even "Full House", "Quintuplets" is the show for you. It has good humor, and the characters are awesome! I think Ryan Pinkston, who plays Patton Chase, is sexy. Are you going to give "Quintuplets" a chance? Well, you should...

I am one of the hugest Roseanne fans, and I don't really like the show. I watch it and it has it's funny moments, but I really can't say it's that good. None of FOX's new shows are so don't think I'm saying it about this show in particular. I think one bad thing about the show is that nobody in the right mind would believe that Parker, Paige, and Pearce are fifteen. When I first saw an ad for this show, I thought, 'oh cool, a show about people my age' and then I saw the characters and I was wondering what the casting directors were thinking. I personally think Paige is a cliché. A pretty girl who is as dumb as a rock. The whole show isn't that funny, but I still watch it. I agree it is better than Method and Red.

"Quintuplets" is a masterpiece compared to "Method And Red"! LOL! By the way, each cast member is 16 years old. Go to www.imdb.com and look up each cast member. You'll find out that they were all born in 1988, I believe. I haven't a clue as to why they don't look the same age. Probably because Ryan Pinkston (Patton Chase) is short in real life compared to his television siblings. Oh well...

I went to the show guide on TV Tome and it said that Jake McDorman (Parker) was born in 1986, Ryan Pinkston (Patton) was born in 1988, and it says that Sarah Wright (Paige) has graduated high school, and I'm guessing that Jack McDorman has too since he's 18. It didn't say anything about Johnny Lewis (Pearce) or April Matson (Penny).

You can't possibly compare Married With Children and Roseanne to THIS show can you?

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy Quintuplets, but the shows couldn't be more different. Truthfully, this show is cliche and the writing is anything but quick and smart.

MWC and Roseanne were both edgy, quick, witty, and different.

I think people hate the show because it's nothing special. The writers have hit some good things but they've also hit a writer's wall on several occasions, including making the parents idiots and uninteresting, plus some of the stories with Pierce (Pearce?) who is not a funny character by any stretch.

Again, though, don't get me wrong...I like the show. I'm just quick to criticize before I praise.

Thumbs up

I watched the first few episodes of Quints. I think putting it in it is current time slot (following That 70's Show) might do it alot of good! It is a cute show and has potential hopefully the writers will realize that and work with it. I do agree that they don't all look 15 but they do make it work.

this show seems to try to be as good as Roseanne and MWC and all those other great shows but its not. I think it was the first episode, where the parents go to a concert and the husband gets stoned from the pot brownies... well everything that he said/did was a total ripoff of the Roseanne episode "A Stash from the Past". It wasn't nearly as funny as the Roseanne episode was.

Quintuplets is like one of the only newer shows I watch. I'm really actually a fan of old ABC shows... But when I first saw the commercials for this one, I thought I'd sit and watch the 1st episode because it looked kinda cool... Actually it was the character Patton's fault I watch this show because Ryan Pinkston is so cute.

I don't get why people hated it, it was a really funny show. The thing I didn't like about theshow was how there was five siblngs that were so different. It really isn't that realistic.
