Once in a while -- I actually prefer this.
The first little beat is the best part, and its only on the N@N/TVLand versions.

Does anyone know where I could download this??

You'll have it on DVD eventually. I'm not sure which season was the first to occasionally use the shortened theme, but it was used quite often in the last two seasons.

its also used in syndication, if u get it on any channels where u live.

i thought, on NBC, every new ep. aired w/ the regular theme, and used the short theme on any repeat after that?

Nope. They'd use the short theme if an episode ran long, whether it was a rerun or not.
