The supporting character who was overlooked when thinking about a spinoff
Rollo, the best supporting character on the show was never either considered when thinking about spinning one of the supporting characters off. Grady who had his own show was only funny in the presence of Fred, and Esther who had her own show was also funny when just around Fred. But Rollo was funny around Lamont, bubba, Grady, Esther, and whoever else on the show and i cant believe he was never given his own show. He was the most underrrated supporting character in TV History

If anything thats why they kept him on for the series SANFORD. They should've called it something else.
hereOther Thoughts: How could they bring back Sanford and Son with a big fat white guy instead of Lamont? It should have been called Sanford and Fat White Guy. I think ROLLO should've moved into the house |
