Has anyone noticed thatthe name Denise is only one letter away from the word Dense? The way she acted on the show was kind of dense. Dense means kind of slow.

Denise's character was lame so i guess u could say she was dense. She was dense on A Different World too. She used to be the cutest thing on The Cosby Show back in the day. Now she looks like a animal hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Ever since that Angel Heart movie she did with Mickey Rourke & Robert Deniro, her acting career has gone down the toilet. She looked terrible in Biker Boys movie with Larry Fishburne.

Her looks have gone crazy, but she didnt look like she belonged to the family in the beginning of TCS. Dont get me wrong in the earlier years pre-Angel Heart, she was cute, but since she is mixed 1/2 white she looked too light compared to the rest of the family. Anyway I know that can happen, just stating IMO she was pretty but just looked like she was the adopted one.

As for her intelligence, she seemed to know enough before going to college of how to be independent and didnt seem to dense, but she seemed kind of immature at times. Example fighting over a sweater with Vanessa.
I think when she came back from dropping out of college she seemed to have lost all intelligence. I dont think anyone with intelligence would get excited over a job that makes $25 a week.

But then again wasnt Sondra supposed to be smart? Princeton and all, but she didnt seem to be that smart after she married Elvin. The only one that stayed with the part of intelligence all the way through was Vanessa.
