Anyone read 'Beaches'?
I only found out yesterday that the film Beaches was based on a novel. I found out while searching for the film on ebay and coming across a copy of the book's sequel- Beaches 2. Have any of you read 'Beaches' or it's sequel?

I haven't read the book but I did see the movie. I can't remember it clearly but I remember it was sad
