Posting Problem - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

How come today, whenever I post, it takes a while for my post to show up on the thread I posted at and when I post a thread, it takes a while for my thread to show up on the board? Usually my post would come up automatically, but latley it hasnt. Can someone help

Clear your cache. That should solve the problem.

you might have to refresh the page on the chit chat main page.. or whatever forum.

i have a similar problem and Miss Vicki told me to do the same thing. what is a cache?
