There's too much discussion of pop music on this board. It's time for me to spread the METAL!

Does anyone here like Atreyu?
They are a screamo/metalcore band from southern California and they kick maximum arse! They've just released their second album, 'The Curse', and it's fantastic!
If you've never heard of them before then check out www.atreyurock.com . If you're a fan of Avenged Sevenfold or you just like brutal yet melodic metal then I totally recommend them. If you're thinking of downloading any of their music then I recommend 'Right Side Of The Bed', 'Bleeding Mascara' and 'The Remembrance Ballad'.

I can feel the Clay Aitken and Avril fans giving me funny looks now so I shall leave...

As for Atreyu, a lot of people I know listen to them. I've heard one or two of their songs, and was impressed. I might buy their second album if I can find some cash somewhere

I like Atreyu. I have a few sampler cds with them on it and I like the few songs I've heard.

Have any of you heard Atreyu's cover of "You Give Love A Bad Name?" It's amusing.

Atreyu huh? Never heard of them but the only time I ever heard that name it was a character in The Neverending Story I wonder if that's what they picked it from.

Yes, the band got their name from the character in 'The Neverending Story'.
