Default what is wrong with me

i can barely type right anymore. i don't know what's wrong with me but i type everything wrong without realizing it until i read it. i know it happens to everyone but it's bad. i constantly skip/repeat words and even phrases so often it's annoying. (ex "i hate i hate you" or "i you".) sometimes i skip words and replace them with the word i previously typed ("i went went the mall today" instead of "i went to the mall today"). and alot of of other stuff, like i tried to type "not letting" and i typed "notting letting". i do all that so much it's frustrating and i hate proofreadin every damn thing i post. sometimes i have to edit my posts 4 or 5 times to get out all the mistakes.

also my OCD symptoms are becoming too controlling and at this rate i probably won't be able to freaking move within the next few years. i always have to type certain things, use certain words/charatacters etc and click on certain things, play with the windows, move the cursor on certain things for a certain amount of time etc, do **** with the mouse, hit certain keys etc. using computers is probably the thing i enjoy most, i've been obsessed with them for years and now i can hardly use the damn thing. **** it all

Ah! I do the same thing when it comes to typing the word twice, or backtracking. Oh, and I have this.. obsession with clicking my mouse. If Im listening to music or something.. I have to put the mouse in a certain spot and click it until it sounds just right. Sometimes itll take me like, 20 attempts to get it to sound right.. then once I do it.. I do it again to see if I can get two in a row. Yah, its frustrating, but if I tell myself to stop I go crazy because I feel the need to do it so much.

Whoops. My bad. When clicking like I mentioned up above ^^ I have to click both sides at the same time and have it so they click at the exact same time. Because if you right click before you left click, you get all those options. Oy.

that's exactly how it is for me. and you should see how bloody insane it is when i try to click on a smiley. i end up with like 20 smileys in the post and then i have to find a way to delete them, and deleting text evenly on both sides of the text box in the process.. ok yeah i doubt anyone understood that.

I type like a moron, but that's just because I try to type too fast and lapto keyboards suck...and I think faster than I type, so I end up missing words.

I wish I could say something like, just take a deep breath and go slow...but I know that doesn't work. That's the same **** my dad always tells me about my anxiety. I guess just go into your counselor one day and freakin make an ass out of yourself if you have to to get it thru that you have OCD and it's getting worse and you need help NOW. Doctors are supposed to work for you, not against you. And why they hell does she have to tell your dad anything anyway? I thought those sessions were supposed to be confidential.

i've just begun to accept ocd as a part of me, a very big part of me. as much as i don't like it this is how i will always live my life. just think of it that way. even though it becomes a lifestyle, it never goes away. medicine will control it but never get rid of it. don't get yourself too frustrated and try to work with it. as bad as this sounds, you have to obey it. don't get angry over having to do stuff, like even things out or count how many times you do something. your brain will make you do it.... just try to take it easy. i've learned a lot about it, other people (like me) deal with it so you're not alone. i can't move my head without having to even what i see with my left eye and what i hear and stuff like that. it is frustrating, but try not to get angry over it. it makes it even worse. i find those are the times i cut myself is when i get way too frustrated, i don't take time to calm down and tell myself it's done.

i'm sorry it's so hard for you with the computer, it's more the surrondings for me. like i set bags and suitcases over here to block stuff i don't want to see with my right eye. as for the typing thing, i don't really know what to say about that. i would reccomend a psychiatrist, as much as i hate them, if you're determined for you to get better and control things better then therapy/medicine might be the way you want to go. i don't really know you personally, so i can't say whats best for you. i do know how it feels though. hang in there.
