"Regal Beagle" Q.

Just where exactly was the Regal Beagle located in relationship to their apartment?Obviously, it was within walking distance but was it actually somewhere inside the apartment complex or somewhere nearby (like down the street or across the street)?

In one episode, Jack was out of breath because he ran past Mr. Roper and beat him to the apartment...I'd say it had to be atleast 4-5 blocks away...

Fascinating question: My best guess, having seen many but not all episodes, is that wherever the writers needed it to be for a particular episode is probably where it was. The previous responder said it was probably several blocks away (which for that particular episode it probably was), but I've seen episodes where it seemed much closer than that. I doubt seriously that it was supposed to be located somewhere inside the apartment complex because in real life, while there are indeed clubhouse style bars inside apartment complexes, the "Regal Beagle" was a business establishment/restaurant style bar that would seem odd located inside an apartment complex.

Since the Reagle Beagle was a walking distance from the kids' apartment, I think it was about a couple of blocks away, right by the beach.
