Default who else things.Threes company wasnt same without Ropers.

hello im wondering how many of u thought Threes Company wasnt the same without the Helen and Stanley Roper.n there i mean i been watching the episoded with Mr Furley even though hes funny and all.just wasnt same without seeing Helen and Stanley go at it all the time.im thinking how much they could of done.if they would of stayed, and if Mr Roper would of found out truth about Jack Tripper.if he would of stayed.i think if Ropers stayed.it would of been lot funnier.what u all think

The only thing that changed was that unlike Mr.Roper,Mr.Furley wanted to be friends with the trio. Also instead of tinkerbell,Furley called Jack tippy toes

to tell u the truth i always liked Mr. Furley better. he just seemed more friendly and more cheerful. but w/ the Ropers they were always fighting and Mr. Roper never seemed happy.

I think the major difference was the gay jokes no longer being funny because Mr. Furley didn't have a love life but had the nerve to tease Jack about being Gay.

Why didnt he tell the Ropers that he wasn't gay after they moved out and Mr. Furley moved in?

I remember once:

Jack's Uncle
Roper:Helen,I'm so excited(leaves)

Mrs.Roper:He's excited!

I used to adore the Ropers and I still do .. but now after seeing so many RF episodes I adore him too! I love both landlords, they both brought different things to the show, so I can't decide who I like better, because I love both!

i liked them all 2. just when 2 people leave a show u really like.its hard to Adjust to the new person they replace them with like it isnt the same without them.would of been cool if they did more episodes with the ropers guest staring.

i got this 1 idea.when Furley moved in.and got fired.instead of Hiring jack be Landlord hire Mr Roper back.instead and have Furley move n with the trio, and ms roper can be tryign have Mr Roper come and try get him back to the old apt,but they decide with their new apt.they decide to stay, and Furley moves next door to the trio,or buys the Beagel sound good.

just some ideas.let me know

Well, I like the Ropers and they were a nice addition to the show, so no it wasn't the same because the Ropers and RF were different. But I think I liked Mr. Furley better.

I thought Mr. Roper did find out in "An Anniversary Surprise." That's what it said at TV Tome. I guess I'll just have to wait until I get the DVD to find out what went on there.
