I always liked Cindy, and here are three good reasons why: #87 ("The not-so-Great Imposter"): Cindy's in a black dress. #88 ("Jack's Other Mother"): Cindy's wearing the cutoffs in the kitchen scene. #90 ("Janet's Secret"): Cindy's in the nightie.

I'd like to say Heather Locklear, but since this a TC site I'll say its definitely Janet, because she is petite, feisty and has gorgeous black hair!
