Default Most importent episode

We talked about the most pointless episode, but which episode is the opposite, the most importent episode with a good story and a good life lesson? I think it was "Silence is Not Golden" or "Shape Up".

There's probably a few more.

Shape Up was a good one about dieting.

A little bit. I really wanna be thin and more prettier like DJ wanted to be.
Sometimes I try not to eat.
And I always wish I was naturally pretty like some people on TV like Alyssa from WTB, Jodie Sweetin, Mackenzie Rosman, The Olsens, ect....

*hugs*

MacKenzie: I'm sorry to hear. I feel like I could be in the same boat sometimes too. Not fun. I've done a ton of researching, and I've read that just eating all those healthy fruits and veggies *do* help. I, myself, tend to eat the junk food more than healthy good. The important thing is to remember to take care of ourselves.

That's so not right for them. How rude calling you a "pig." Pigs are those little animals, not humans! They need to get a life!

My sisters call me a pig, because they think I eat too much.
My Dad called me a pig yesterday, but I don't know if he was joking or not.
Once in a while people in my school will call me a pig.
You believe me that I'm not like a pig, right?

No you actually don't want to be as thin and pretty as the Olsens .. look where Mary-Kate is! If you want to lose more weight, eat healthy and exercise (biking, swimming, running) to keep you fit.
Being thin isn't the greatest thing in the world. I am EXTREMELY thin, and I eat alot, but somehow I never gain anything. If you're thin, people sometimes look at you like you have a disorder or something. At least that's what I see, even though I don't have a disorder! It just runs in my family. So, I would just stay the way you are, because you'll be happy and everyone else around you will be happy!

But my littelest sister said my legs are big and fat.

The other reason why I want to lose a lot of weight is because I'm 13 and I way 101 pounds already!! Like oh my gosh! All my other friends weigh like 80 to 90 pounds.

No, of course you're not a pig.

I've been called a "pig" when I was younger as well. Calling someone a pig is very insensitive.

I agree with Trippergrl on staying the way you are and if you're happy. I hate all the emphasis on how people should look like. It's too stressful. I'm not very thin, but I am somewhat happy with my body. That helps a lot.
