Does anyone out there know how many walnuts came out of the closet on the Twiloite episode? I thought I read somewhere home many there were; this is, of course, of great importance to my entire family.

Have you checked out the "Official Dick Van Dyke Show Book"? I don't have a copy available to check at the moment, but I think I remember it saying it in there. I believe it was in the thousands. It also tells about the deal to sell back all the unbroken nuts, which they did.

yep! I was just lookin at that book today and it said there were 1700 walnuts! lol! it also said that during the making and the rehearsals, the cast would eat some of the walnuts which was bad because they were borrowed walnuts! lol
