I just take the picture from my digital camera.

I shut off the flash to avoid the screen to blurr. I shranked it and make it as an avatar. I love avatars.

You can get a capture card for about $30-100. It's a lot easier and the quality is a lot better. But whatever works for you.

Cool, but dosen't it lok the same when u resize it on Paint or photoshop?

Sorry to bump your thread. I post a few pics from my webcam where I used to have it but I gave up on it so that I converted into digital camera.
