Charmed is good but I much prefer seasons 1-4 to 5-6. The early episodes were darker and more dramatic. Now the show is started to become fluffy. Lacking the tension and emotion and everything from the early seasons.

I think, its a good time for you to become a fan. The only episode I really liked from season 1-3 was All Hell Breaks Loose.I think 5-6 (especially 6) are much better than the earlier ones

I like the first 3 season better too. Adding Rose to the cast was great but the show was more about Phoebe after thal which sux and made the show lame. I wish they killed Phoebe off instead of Prue than show would have ROCKED! The only think that keep me from watching the show these days is Brian Krause & Drew Fuller oh and not to forget baby Wyatt.

I agree, seasons 4 and 6 (5 was mostly crap IMO) both have some good episodes... but I think for the most part, the series is a shadow of what it was when Shannen Doherty was part of the cast. It was a lot darker then, which is good because I've heard season 7 is going to be a lot more serious and a lot less about fairys and leprechauns like seasons 5 and 6 had.

in regards to my last post, I actually do like Rose McGowan and Paige is an asset to the show these days, but it's just that the writing is not as strong as in the early seasons

I can't agree more with what you said. They should have killed Phoebe. If Shannen had stayed, I don't she would have let Charmed go this low in the episodes quality. This show was much better when Shannen was in it. The episode they killed Prue off is the episode I consider the shows series finale. After that, the show is unwatchable.

I agree. As much as it pains me to say it, Charmed has become a "kids show" (even Shannen Doherty herself said so after she left, that the fanbase had dropped from adults to 12 year olds). When it started out, it's fans were mostly people who watched Sci-Fi Channel and liked programs like X-Files and Buffy. Now it's more and more popular with the Disney/Nickelodeon market. Alyssa may have the sex appeal, but Shannen has the acting chops, and that is more important than looks IMO. Now that you say it, a Prue, Piper, Paige show would work a lot better than Piper, Phoebe, Paige.

I don't think kids should be watching this show. It seems like every episode Alyssa figures out a way to show more and more of her body. She even cut off her hair to show off her ugly head I have to agree with that Who's The Boss? co star when she said Alyssa turned into a sex addict because she did. When I saw the Charmed previews for Nick Lachey's appearance, Alyssa is in his arms and looking like she wants to kiss him. Sooner or later she'll have her character in bed naked with him. It's always got to be about her.

I am curious as to how fans find this entertaining.

Your right, it always seems to be about her....I don't think she's ugly though, I think shes very beautiful...but anyways, a Piper, Prue and Paige show would be better IMO

Which Who's the Boss? co-star said that? (she being either Judith light or Katherine Helmond)
