i know he was a regular on like the first season or sumthin but became a fan of will & grace like 2 years ago and i dont know who his character is or what happened to him can ne1 filkl me in

Gary Grubbs played Harlin in 1998. Harlin was Will's client and played on two or three episodes in the series starting 1998.

Yes, he did play Will's boss in 1998. and his character was well loved. But many people complained but not having diversity on network television. So he was written out and the African-American character Ben.Will's new boss was created. Some beleive just to compromise.
