Who else here is an obsessed fan of Avril Lavigne? She has a great voice and I like her new song "Don't Tell Me" a lot.

I've heard her new song and I thought her voice sounds better than it did on her first CD. My friend says she's her idol. I don't like her much. I used to, though.

I'm over the 'poseur' thing and anyone who isn't needs to get a grip, but i shall never forgive her for butchering metallica's song "fuel" at MTV icon. it was funny.. you could tell by the looks on lars and james' faces they couldn't stand it either. other than that i think she's pretty (actually i always have) and her music is alright. i like her song "unwanted", the lyrics are my life story.

Have you heard her "cover" of "Chop Suey" by SOAD? Ugh...

I was a fan of hers until December 31, 2002. I went to my friend's house for New Years Eve and she was on TV. Until then I never heard her sing other than on the CD. She sounded so terrible that we had to turn off the TV. My friend Rachel threw out all the pictures she had of her except one that's still in her room. She only keeps it up because it scares her brother!

Yes!!! I have been in love with Avril since July 2002. I saw her in concert on April 30th 2003 (a day to remember) in San Jose and I think she sounded good but on TV and stuff her voice kinda cracks a lot. But I really didn't notice anything like that there, I didn't get to meet her so I went home kinda disappointed. I met her band though but she was already inside the building.

She's had a huge impact on my life with her music and personality. She's awesome!

She never recorded it, she performed it at one show for fun. And yes, she sounded ridiculous because that is a ridiculous song to begin with. It's annoying.

My next avatar I would like to be Avril again and say "Avril's Sk8er Boi" on it. Or maybe one of her songs names. Out of her songs, I like "Anything but Ordinary" best. My fav. used to be "Sk8er Boi".

I was never a huge Avril fan at first. I liked her song "Complicated" and "Sk8er Boi", but now I got her CD and listen to a lot of her songs. But now I am a huge Avril fan.
