Small towns vs cities - which do you prefer? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I have lived in a small town most of my life,but I haved moved to big cities,like Seattle for a while. There you have evrything that you want,but living in a small town limts you. We have theaters,grocery stores,etc, but we do not have any buses everything is so spread out. Also the nearest city is 300 miles away,we have to fly or drive there. It only takes 15 mins to fly across the inlet,but it cost $150and if we drive gas is expensive.In small towns every one knows wvery one while in the city you can be your self,nobody can know who you are.Small towns are quiter, when I lived in the city there was way to much nosie,traffic,shootings and all. I like living in a small town where I live,in the summer how ever this place in the summer is a troust attraction. I also live by the oceon the sunsets are awsome.In the the city to much smog.But all in all living in the country (SMALL TOWN) isn't that bad.The town that I live in has about 9000 people,but there are other small towns near by. But yet every now and then I go shopping in the city for things that I can't find here.

I lived in the city most of my life; so I would have to say the City; I need that fast pace rush...

I've lived in this town with 13,000 people my whole life. Once I move after school, I don't think I'll ever want to live a small city again. I like big cities because of the fast-pace mode too.

small town, I've lived in one all my life, no offence to all ya city ppl but on the road city ppl are downrgiht RUDE. well compared to a small town.
