Did Bonnie Franklin eventually wear a bra? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I remember a year 7 episode in which Ann has it out with her meddling mother and Ann still wasn't wearing a brassiere. Did she ever put one on in this show? The braless look was a 70s kind of thing, but that episode was from the 81-82 season. It looked weird at that point. By the Reagan years fashions got to be more conservative, so to see her braless made her look like out of date. I think she began to wear one by the time Sam showed up and she became a grandmother, but I don't remember.

I think she wore a bra in some of the episodes of One Day at a Time; but is was a fad for women to go braless back in the 1970's

Bonnie Franklin was a naughty girl and wanted to be as free as the wind back then, although I do believe she eventually got around to putting the ole bra back on.
