Ep1: The One Where Ross Gets A Package:
Ross recieves a package in the mail, but he doesn't know what it is and he is scared to open it. Rachel and Phoebe help Monica cater a wedding...a wedding of one of Rachel and Monica's old high school friends, who turned into a big witch. Chandler finds one of Joey's one night stands on the doorstep, he befriends her and ends up having a one night stand with her.

Ep2: The One With The Baseball Game:
Chandler, Joey, Ross, Phoebe, and Monica attend a Yankees-Red Sox game. Chandler and Phoebe get separated from Monica, Ross, and Joey before the game and spends the whole game trying to find them. Rachel stays home, when she learns her little cousin, Ashley (Ashley Johnson) is visiting her.

Ep3: The One With Rachel's Cousin:
Rachel introduces Ashley to the gang. Joey, Ross, and Chandler enter a contest to find out who gets to ask out Rachel's cousin. Monica and Phoebe offers to show Ashley around the city, while Rachel is at work.

Ep4: The One With The Asking To Date:
Joey, Chandler, and Ross each ask Ashley out on a date without the others around. Ashley accepts to all the offers. Phoebe sets Monica up on a date with one of her old boyfriends. Rachel seeks a babysitter for Emma. Ashley offers to become Emma's babysitter.

Ep5: The One With Joey and Ashley's Date:
Joey and Ashley go to a club, drink and dance. Joey takes Ashley back home with him, Ashley spends the night, but doesn't have sex with him. Phoebe, Rachel, and Monica get Chandler and Ross hooked on watching the Lifetime Channel.

Ep6: The One With Ross and Ashley's Date:
Ross and Ashley go to an art gallery and then back to his place, where he made a romantic meal. Ashley does spend the night at Ross's, but again doesn't have sex with Ross. Joey and Monica pretend to be a married couple to go on a double date with Phoebe and a date. Chandler, Rachel, and Emma pretend to be a family to get a cheaper price for a car for Chandler.

Ep7: The One With Chandler and Ashley's Date:
Chandler and Ashley go to a romantic-comedy movie and then out to a fancy restaurant. Again, Ashley spends the night with Chandler, but this time does have sex with Chandler. Rachel convinces Ross and Phoebe to challenge Joey and Monica to a game of ping-pong, which leads of the rivalry between the competive Gellers.

Ep8: The One Where Rachel Finds Out:
During a private conversation, Ashley tells Rachel about her three dates with the guys. Rachel is shocked and automatically thinks she had sex with them all. Rachel gets the guys together and she is furious. Rachel soon learns Ashley didn't have sex with Ross and Joey, but did with Chandler. Monica and Phoebe bump into Richard and his 40-something new girlfriend.

Ep9: The One Where Rachel and Chandler Don't Speak:
A furious Rachel and Chandler forbid to talk to each other until the other one apologizes. Monica, Ross, Joey, Phoebe, and Ashley tries to convince the two to move on past this "problem".

Ep10: The One Where There's A Second Date:
Chandler asks Ashley out on a second date, she accepts. They go to a concert together. Monica talks to Rachel about letting Ashley date Chandler. Rachel is about to forgive Chandler, when she walks over to his apartment to caught the two having sex. Rachel is once again repulsed. Joey, Phoebe, and Ross get locked in the apartment building's storage room.

Ep11: The One With The Promotion Scandal:
Phoebe blackmails her boss, who has been cheating on his wife, for a promotion. Ross dates one of Joey's old girlfriends, who still is angry with Joey for not calling her back. Monica and Rachel talk to Chandler about not hurting Ashley. Chandler confesses he really likes her and thinks he may be in love with her.

Ep12: The One Where Phoebe Is Fired:
Phoebe's boss's wife catchs her husband cheating on her. Out of anger, Phoebe's boss ends up firing her for blackmailing her. Phoebe is now jobless. The gang tries to console her. Phoebe decides to go to college! The gang is surprised on how quickly she has gotten over being unemployed, until Ross comments that how will phoebe afford to go to college.

Ep13: The One Where Ross and Phoebe Bond:
Phoebe is using Ross to get herself into the university where he works. Rachel and Ashley go shopping, but Monica is hurt that Rachel didn't ask her to join them. Chandler and Joey look into bying a computer.

Ep14: The One With Another Greene:
Rachel's sister, Amy (Christina Applegate) shows up. Amy becomes jealous that her cousin is dating one of Rachel's friends and she couldn't date Joey in the past. Ross and Monica learn Jack and Judy are planning to sell their childhood home and move into a condo.

Ep15: The One With Amy Gets Back At Rachel:
Amy decides to ask Joey out on a date-meaning to have sex. Joey believes he is falling for Amy, as Amy is just using him to get back at Rachel. Rachel is forced to tell Joey that Amy is just using him. Joey goes into denial. Ross gets Phoebe her job back, after learning that Phoebe's former boss never completed high school.

Ep16: The One Where Chandler and Ashley Get Scared:
Ashley fears she is pregnant. Rachel is freaked and is hoping she aint pregnant, as Amy is still using Joey. Monica, Phoebe, and Ross console Chandler who might be a father. Ashley's pregnancy tests are negative.

Ep17: The One Where Amy Comes Clean:
Amy tells Joey she was using him all along, but now she wishes she hadn't. Amy confesses she and Joey have a "connection". Joey, at first is mad, but then forgives her. Amy and Joey tell Rachel that they are now dating. Monica learns that one of Phoebe's client recently was Richard-her ex. Monica dreams about how her life would have changed if she and Richard never broke up.

Ep18: The One Where Rachel Meets A Guy:
Rachel meets "the perfect guy", but soon realizes he is gay and he finds Ross attractive. Ross freaks and is horrified. Monica offers Amy advice on what Joey's favorite meal is. Chandler and Ashley decide to move in together.

Ep19: The One Where Joey Is Feeling Overcrowded:
Joey feels overcrowded in his apartment when Chandler and Ashley are living in his apartment. Joey and Amy look into buying a new apartment together. Rachel thinks Amy and Joey haven't dated long enough to think of moving in together, especially since her sister is extremely flaky. Richard calls Monica when she is gone and leaves a message on her machine. Monica and Richard meet up at a bar, where Richard tells her he loves her.

Ep20: The One Where The Greene Girls Have It All:
Phoebe realizes Rachel's cousin and sister are dating Chandler and Joey; and that Monica is sorta with Richard. Which leaves Ross still single. Rachel and Phoebe, both feeling lonely, both compete for Ross. When he finds out he is flattered and is using it at his advantage. Monica realizes Chandler accidentally deleted one of Richard's messages on her answering machine, and is frazzled not knowing why he called.

Ep21: The One Where Ross Dates A Celebrity:
The gang is in awe when they learn Ross has a date with Paris Hilton. But on the date, Paris is cluelessly being rude. Paris ditches Ross for Rachel's ex, Tag (who just so happens to be walking pass them on the street). Rachel has a talk with Amy and Ashley talking about if they are really serious with Chandler and Joey or not. Monica, Chandler, and Joey find dates for Phoebe, who turns all three of them down.

Ep22: The One With Richard And Monica Dancing:
Richard takes Monica out dancing. While dancing, Monica breaks the heel off her shoe. Joey, Amy, Ashley, and Chandler go on a double date. At the restaurant, Ashley meets a woman, who was stood up, in the bathroom and without knowing who she is, she invites the woman to eat with her, Chandler, Joey, and Amy. Low and behold, this woman turns out to be no other than JANICE.

Ep23: The One Where Janice Returns:
Janice continues to call Chandler and see if he wants to get back together. Chandler becomes annoyed by Janice and resulting Ashley giving Janice a piece of her mind. Janice and Ashley fight over Chandler. Ashley wins, Janice loses. An upset Janice flies herself to Hawaii to get her mind off Chandler. Ross, Phoebe, Monica, and Rachel catch Richard with another woman at the movies.

Ep24: The One Where Chandler Gets Shocked:
Chandler and the gang learns that Ashley is accepted to Boston University, Ashley decides to go to Boston to live in a dorm. Chandler is truly hurt that Ashley is willing to leave Chandler for a college. Rachel comforts Chandler to the point of Rachel and Chandler kissing. Richard confesses that he and his ex-wife's sister have been dating, but he claims he was cheating on her with Monica not the other way around. Monica dumps Richard.

Ep25: The One Where Ashley Heads To Boston:
Ashley boards a plane to Boston, Chandler can't see her leave, so he stays back with Phoebe and Joey; as Rachel, Amy, Ross, and Monica see Ashley off. Richard meets Monica at the airport and thinks she is leaving and Richard proposes to Monica. Monica, being overwhelmed, says yes. Ross, Rachel, and Amy tell her that Richard cheated on her and now wants to marry her.

Ep26: The One Where Richard Gets Turned Down:
Monica tells Richard she wasn't thinking and will not marry him afterall. Rachel talks to Phoebe and Amy about her kiss with Chandler, as Chandler talks to Joey and Ross about his kiss with Rachel. Phoebe, Amy, Joey, and Ross tell each other that Rachel and Chandler kissed, and then tell Rachel and Chandler that they should become a couple afterall.

Ep27: The One With Chandler Asking Rachel:
Chandler asks Rachel out on a date, she agrees. Rachel asks him if he is sure he wants to be dating or if it is too soon after Ashley. Chandler says he is trying to get over Ashley, but he wants to date. Phoebe comforts Monica, who is having second-thoughts about rejecting Richard's proposal.

Ep28: The One With The Greenes And The Gellers:
Rachel, Ross, Amy, and Monica learn that their Long Island high school is being knocked down and a new school will be built in its place. Rachel, Ross, Monica, and Amy head to Long Island to visit their old school before its knocked down. Joey, Phoebe, and Chandler watch a series of scary, horror movies.

Ep29: The One Where Another Proposal Is Made:
Joey proposes to Amy, which causes contraversy between the gang. Amy says she needs time to think about it and runs off. Rachel and Phoebe runs after her and catchs her at Central Perk. Rachel and Phoebe ask her if she wants to be married to Joey or not. Ross tells Chandler the ups and downs of dating Rachel. Monica and Joey go to Central Perk, where they meet Rachel, Phoebe, and Amy. The only words that Amy says, when the others say hi, is "yes". Amy and Joey are now engaged!

Ep30: The One Where A Party Is In Order:
Joey and Amy host their own engagement party at Central Perk. Monica has her restaurant cater the food. Chandler and Rachel announce that they are a couple now. Ross and Phoebe get locked out on Monica and Rachel's balcony and have to get to Joey and Amy's party.

Ep31: The One Where They Shop:
Rachel, Monica, and Phoebe accompany Amy to the mall in search of the perfect wedding dress. Ross and Chandler are in awe by their new neighbor, Julie (Kelly Preston). Julie confesses to being an aerobics instructor. The guys join Julie's class not knowing its an advanced class and they don't belong in it at all.

Ep32: The One Where A Date is Announced:
Joey and Amy set a date for their wedding, in the next four months. Rachel thinks it is too soon, but everyone else is okay with it. Chandler, Phoebe, and Ross realize that Monica has been packing on the pounds after dumping Richard. Monica goes on a crash diet.

Ep33: The One With The Money:
Amy and Rachel's dad sends Amy some money to put towards the wedding arrangements. Rachel becomes upset since her dad didn't send any money when she was engaged to Barry. Chandler hears Rachel talking about Barry and fears she wants to get back together with Barry (and his checkbook). Phoebe notices her apartment is looking emptier by the day, until she realizes someone keeps breaking in and stealing her stuff.

Ep34: The One Where Phoebe Moves In:
Phoebe moves out of her old apartment and in with Ross in his apartment. Ross gets consoled by Phoebe and Monica, after learning Ben wants to spend his weekend with Ross at home with Carol and Susan, instead of him. Rachel seeks a new babysitter for Emma, as Rachel and Chandler want to go out at last-minute.

Ep35: The One With An Announcement: Part One
Joey and Amy announce to the gang that they are eloping and want all of them to be at their wedding. Joey, Amy, Ross, Rachel, Chandler, Phoebe, and Monica fly to Las Vegas to have the wedding. While in Vegas, Monica and Ross get into a fight and refuse to make up.

Ep36: The One With An Announcement: Part Two
Joey insists on having Monica and Ross not fighting during his ceremony. Amy and Joey ask Chandler to be the best man, and Rachel to be maid of honor. Phoebe takes a lot of pictures for the gang with everyone's cameras, but has a hard time telling who's camera is who's. During the ceremony, Monica and Ross make up.

Ep37: The One With Too Many People:
With Joey and Amy gone on their honeymoon, Chandler moves out his stuff and in with Rachel and Monica. Monica feels left out when Chandler moves in. Phoebe wants a tattoo badly, but Ross thinks Phoebe is too chicken. Phoebe proves Ross that he is wrong by getting a tattoo.

Ep38: The One Where Someone Flirts:
Ross and Phoebe go out for drinks and have too much to drink. They return to their apartment and wake up in bed together wondering if they had sex or not. Rachel and Chandler ponder what their future holds. Joey and Amy return from their honeymoon.

Ep39: The One With Monica Wanting A Child:
Monica wants a child bad enough, she decides to go and get artificial insemenated at the sperm bank. Monica tells the gang her news that she has been artificially insemenated. Ross flips out and fears Monica is screwing up her life. Joey, Amy, Chandler, and Rachel discuss having children together. Chandler confesses he loves Emma like his own, but wants to wait a bit for rushing into having kids.

Ep40: The One Where Monica Regrets It:
Monica learns the doctor, who artificially insemenated her, made a mistake, and that Monica is pregnant with twins. Monica freaks, her friends console her dearly. Monica ponders calling Richard and telling him her awful news in hope of getting him back for support. Ross and Rachel get into an arguement about if Rachel and Chandler get married and if Chandler could adopt Emma as his own. Ross forbids giving Emma up, Chandler finds out what Rachel has asked and is shocked. Chandler confesses he wouldn't feel right taking Emma away from Ross like that.

Ep41: The One With The Hangovers:
Rachel gets a promotion at work, and takes out the gang to celebrate with her. The gang has a little too much to drink and end up spending the next day in pure hell, due to their huge hangovers. None of the gang remembers what really happened the night before.

Ep42: The One Where Reality Sinks In:
Amy realizes marriage is not for her and wants out of her marriage to Joey. Amy files for divorce and leaves town. Joey becomes heart-broken and is in need of consoling from his friends. Chandler moves back in with Joey. Ross and Phoebe learn that they are having feelings for each other and want to act upon them badly.
