There aren't as many solo Beach Boy albums as one would expect. But just like the group records, some are great and some are terrible.

Bamboo is also really cool. It's a shame Dennis never got around to finishing it. |

It's such a crime that album's not in-print anymore. I guess a few parties have been caught up in a dispute over who owns the rights to the album.Because of this, the album's been off shelves for many years. |

Brian Wilson released his debut solo album on the Sire Records label in 1988. It was the most active Brian had been in eleven years.
The album contained eleven tracks: 1. Love And Mercy (Wilson) 2. Walkin' The Line (Wilson/Morgan/Laird-Clowes) 3. Melt Away (Wilson) 4. Baby Let Your Hair Grow Long (Wilson) 5. Little Children (Wilson) 6. One For The Boys (Wilson) 7. There's So Many (Wilson/Morgan) 8. Night Time (Wilson/Morgan/Paley) 9. Let It Shine (Wilson/Lynne) 10. Meet Me In My Dreams Tonight (Wilson/Paley/Dean) 11. Rio Grande (Wilson/Paley) |

Well, I hope they settle their disputes so that it can be released. It deserves to be out there for the fans. |
