Sad What Should I Do???

Ok, I'm really feeling bad because my babysitter keeps cutting me down about liking Full House and I'm already 13 years old.
She thinks it's weird how I still like Full House and on the computer all the time talking about it. She thinks it's weird that I'm still obsessed with the Olsens too.
And she thinks it's stupid and boring that I wanna go see the Full House HOUSE. And my sisters agree with her...they are kinda bored knowing we have to go see the FH house in San Francisco.
This is really hurting my feelings because I don't know what I should do and why they are being so mean to me about this.
I mean, is there something wrong with wanting to go see the FH house and being obsessed and liking Full House?
What should I do?

Tell your parents, and maybe theyll talk to her. Also, ask her to stop and say its hurting your feelings.

My parents already know about it...they say that's just her opinion.
And if I tell her (my babysitter) that it's hurting my feelings, she'll either say "I'm not trying to" or she just won't care.
I don't think she realizes how she's making me feel bad.

But she still thinks it's weird that I still like Full House and that I wanna go see the FH house. She thinks it would be so boring to go see the FH house.
She use to be a fan of Full House when she was younger, but now she doesn't like it. She thinks it's a baby show.

This sounds very familiar. I am a bit in the same boat because my sister calls FH a "baby show" as well, but I am much older than you and your babysitter.

Even if it's your babysitter's opinion, I think she should respect your opinions as well! I mean, it's your hobby, and I see nothing wrong with it at all! You're not dangerlously obsessed or anything. You're just a faithful fan who just wants to visit the FH house and its surroundings. I mean, we're doing the same thing in Sweden for Ace of Base. We're visiting the group's hometown and anything related to the band. And, who knows, we may even run into any of the members which would be nice for us!

I think your babysitter may be somewhat jealous you have a hobby you enjoy. She just may not admit it, but my sister was like that too when I first became a fan of Ace of Base. She would make fun of me and knock the group down purposely just to get a rise out of me. Now she knows not to say anything because I won't let it get to me. I know as hard as it may be, but don't let it get to you. She needs to focus on other things. There is NOTHING weird about liking FH or even frequently this board OR going to see the house. You're not endangering anyone, so it's normal.

Hmmm... I guess just talk with her about it and mention you just enjoy this show very much. She might have just grown out of it, but it's still always a good show.
