Default The Little Rascals (1994)

Anybody saw that movie? It is so funny. I liked all the guest stars. Buckwheat and Porky are the funniest.

When I was a kid, I used to love "The Little Rascals" from the 30's on TV. I actually love the movie too. I remember the scene that the movie featured a cameo by Mary-Kate & Ashley in a slumber party. I have the movie on VHS.

Didn't you noticed that MK and A looked a little younger than they were when they were in season 7 or 8? Because that movie was made in '94 so Full House was probably around that season.

I think they shot it in 1993 or so (which would explain why the Olsen Twins were still little girls). Ferguson in that movie was played by Reba McEntire, back when she still had her famous big hair. I remember when she had big hair and I also remember when that movie came out- I was 9 by then. I watched that movie all the time, but I haven't watched it since 1997 or so.

I've always found the kid that played "Waldo" very annoying. He now goes to my rival school, UCLA.

Oh gawd. You just reminded me. Most of the kids in that movie were around our age, give or take two years...

I remember that guy you're talking about...that would be Blake McIver Ewing. That same guy was a frequent guest on "Full House" in the later seasons, although he isn't credited with that on IMDB. I've never liked him, as well.

Hehe...maybe that's why I liked that movie so much back then, because most of the kids in it were our age at the time.

Default The Claymation "Little Rascals"

Miss Vicki, I found something on Toon Tracker. It was a rare stop-motion Little Rascals short film since it was produced in color back in the late 60's. I think that this film still exists today, It was called "The Little Rascals Color Specials" in claymation. The episode was called "Came the Brawn" which was a claymation version of a 1938 short film that it was done in live-action. As you probably know that back in 1966, while King World bought the rights to the Hal Roach "Our Gang" shorts that it was produced by MGM, they decided to colorize some of them. It didn't work out, so they decided to hire somebody like Art Clokey (the stop-motion animator who did the "Gumby" and "Davey & Golitah" series), to re-film them in claymation form. There are six of the "Little Rascals Color Specials" exists. Some of them were survived in 16mm format. If you like to see the clay animated version of the "Little Rascals" called "Came the Brawn", you should watch this entire film. Here it is:

I do know Bug Hall, who played Alfalfa was in the Disney TV movie "Get A Clue!" alongside Lindsay Lohan in 2001 or 2002.

I only got it on video because I heard Raven had an appearance but I like it, its funny
