...The episode where Gloria is trying to make a point that women are just as good and intelligent as men (I can't remember the name of the episode)...

she does this thing where you stand, facing a wall, put your forehead on the wall, (or something like that) and try to pick up a chair. The women could do this, but the men were unable.

I can't remember exactly how they were doing this... Can anyone fill me in...
Has anyone tried this?

Take 3 steps back from the wall.

Put a chair against the wall- sideways.

Bend down so your head touches the wall and your back is parallel to the floor.

Reach down and pick up the chair. Pull it up to you.

And then stand up straight.

The men on the show were unable to do it. But I don't think it was real.

It is real-my wife and I tried it-she could pick up the chair but I couldn't!
