(The doorbell rings)
DJ: That's Steve! Ill get it!
(DJ opens the door)
DJ: Hi Steve!
Steve: Hey DJ!
DJ: You dont have to ring the doorbell anymore, we're basically married!
Steve: Hey, we're not married yet. Besides, I dont want to become Kimmy
DJ: Thats true
Steve: So, wanna go pick out an apartment
DJ: Cant we live in your apartment?
Steve: Well, im kind of well, moving out
DJ: Really? When
Steve: Lets just say, tommorow
DJ: Tommorow? How could we find a place by than?
Steve: I dont know, DJ
DJ: I have an idea! We could leave here!
Steve: I dont know, DJ, its kind of full already.
DJ: Aunt Becky and Uncle Jesse did it. And its only one more person. I know! We could take the garage! Uncle Jesse could...
(Jesse walks in)
Jesse: Uncle Jesse could what?
DJ: Well, Steve and I, are, well, thinking about moving into the garage, so do you think you could move your recording studio to my room?
Jesse: When?
DJ: Tommorow
Jesse: Well, I guess so, maybe you better tell your dad
DJ: And Joey. DAD! JOEY!
(Danny and Joey come downstairs)
Danny: Yes, honey?
DJ: Well, Steve is leaving his apartment, and we wanted to move into the garage. Uncle Jesse is moving his studio into my bedroom.
Danny: Ok, thats great!
(Stephanie, Michelle, Becky, Nicky, and Alex come downstairs)
DJ: What are you guys doing here?
Becky: Well...
Nicky: We wanted to hear what you were saying!
Stephanie: Nicky!
Michelle: Kids
Danny: Guess what! Steves moving in!
Stephanie: I hope he doesnt eat everything in the fridge
(Kimmy walks in)
Kimmy: Hey Tanneridos! Hey Deej, are you nervous?
DJ: About the wedding? Kimmy, it's six months away
Kimmy: No! About meeting your soon-to-be mother in-law for the first time!
DJ: Steve? Your mom is coming Why didnt you tell me?
Steve: Well, I was going to tell you, than Kimmy barged in
Kimmy: Hey! Tell your fiance here to stop insulting you!
Steve: Im not insulting you!
Kimmy: Were too!
Steve: Were not!
Kimmy: Were too!
Steve: Were not!
DJ: Guys! Stop! Steve, when is your mom coming?
Steve: Um
(Doorbell rings)
Steve: Now?

(Everyone runs to the door)
Mrs. Hales- Hi, Stevey!
Steve: Mom! Dont call me that!
Mrs. Hales- Oh, im your mother, I can call you anything I want. Uh, where is DJ?
DJ: Here I am!
Mrs. Hales- Oh, hello, DJ! Isnt is strange we havent met yet?
DJ: Wellm my Uncle Jesse didnt meet my Anut Becky's parents until the night before the wedding
Mrs. Hales- Yes, but they are, uh, not like other married couples
Jesse: Whats that supposed to mean?
Mrs. Hales- Nothing, um, Steve, DJ, can I speak to you in the kitchen?
DJ: Sure
Mrs Hales- Are you sure you two arent making a mistake? Youre both very young to be married
DJ: Yes, but we're madly in love
Mrs. Hales- I just think that youre too young
Steve: Mom, we're already engaged
Mrs. Hales- But I think you are too young! I am Steve's mother. and I say this engagement is broken!

(We see DJ with the rest of the family, and DJ is crying)
Danny: DJ, what happened in the kitchen?
DJ: Steve's mom broke our engagement!
Becky: She cant do that
DJ: She did!
Jesse: Thats unbelivable
Danny: Why?
DJ: She said we are too young!
Danny: Im going to go and talk to her
(We see Danny in the kitchen with Mrs. Hales)
Danny:How can you do this to my little girl?
Mrs. Hales: Im doign you a favor. She is way too young to marry. Shes only 18!
Danny: She'll be 19 in three months
Mrs. Hales- Thats young!
Danny: Hey, I married at DJ's age!
Mrs. Hales- And youre divorced! I dont see your wife
Danny- We were madly in love, we didnt divorce!
Mrs. Hales- Than where is your wife?
Danny- She passed away almost nine years ago.
Mrs. Hales- Oh, i'm sorry. I didnt't know
Danny: Yeah
Mrs. Hales: Well, she's still too young!
Danny: This is America. Its a free country
Mrs Hales: I guess they do love each other. Ill go talk to them.
(Mrs. Hales and Danny enter the living room)
Mrs. Hales: DJ, Steve, im sorry. I guess i got a little out of hand.
Steve: A little?
Mrs. Hales- OK, a lot. The engagment is back on again
Steve: Thanks, mom
DJ: Thanks Mrs. Hale!
Mrs. Hale: Oh, please, call me Prunita
DJ: Your name is Prun..
(Steve covers DJ's mouth)
Steve: Shes the only one who likes her name
DJ: OK
Prunita: Well, go ahead, kiss!
(DJ and Steve kiss)
DJ: This will be a great relationship

Mmmm, I don't know, even if D.J. hadn't met STeve's mom, I can't imagine him *never* telling her abut Pam's death. So why would she assume divorce? Remember, Steve said his parents think D.J.'s wonderful.

However, it's a great season 6 idea.
