The only thing I can think of is the Little Rascals which was not really a tv series. I can't think of anything. Even Saved By the Bell had the principal in it.

I don't think the main girl's mom was a regular on "All About Us", just the 4 main teenage girls. However, the mom appeared ever now and then but I don't think she was credited as a regular.

"Party of Five"? Charlie was 24 during the first season, so he was an adult, but it was a parent-less show.

There was a show years back when Full House was around that starred Jurnee Smollett and her entire brood of siblings. I can't remember the name of the show at the moment but it had the Smollett kids as a family of kids who's parents were killed or had died.
Name anyone? |

back in the late 70's, there was a show called "Friends" ( no relation to the NBC show of the same name). This aired on ABC. The three main regulars were three kids.
Forgot what the show was about , but I do remember the three kids. You could add "Charlie Brown & Snoopy" to the list as well. IOf course it was a cartoon, but not only do you see only kids on the show, but the voices used ( other than Snoopy ) were actual kids !! The producers of the Peanuts shows, as well as Charles Schulz never allowed adults to voiced the characters. |

There was a show that aired on ABC that lasted one season from 1966-1967 called The Monroes. It was about the five orphaned Monroe children as they struggled in the Wyoming Territory during the 1870's. When their parents are lost in the rapids of the Snake River,18 year old Clayt leads his sisters, Kathy(16) and Amy(6),and twin brothers, Big Twin and Little Twin(12) to the land their father staked out years before.
It was a show that was similar to Little House on the Prairie and it was rerun on CBN during the weekends when they had westerns in the mid 80's. |
